As Itacon has it, "Heading maketli a full man, writing an r«l man, ami conferi-uc" a ready inai; ' and in this connection I would point them to 'ho Australian Natives' Association (mainly comprising the young manhood of Victoria) as a i object lesson. This association wields an immense power in the political arena, anil is a considerable factor in municipal mat-tors. As a matter of fact, lit'' present chid son-c----lary (Mr. A. .1. IVacuckl is a member of, and received hi.' political education at the hands of that Imt'y.
