DEATH OF AN EARL
TITLE CLAIMED BY AN ORGANGRINDER. By Telegraph—Press Association.— London, January 24. Earl Poulett is dead, aged 72. Viscount Hinton, who for some years followed the avocation of an organgrinder in London streets, claims the title of earl.
