AGITATION FOR AUTONOMY. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright.
Constantinople, January 23. Count Mi-ravieff, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, has informed the Porto that Russia and Austria will prevent the Balkan States nperessively interfering in Macedonia.
Writing on December 9, the Vienna correspondent of tho Times stated:-"The agitation in Macedonia not only continues, but, according to information received by the Reiehswehr, it is on the increase, its headquarters being in Bulgaria. It has assumed such proportions as to causo serious uneasiness ot the Porto. Yet the Sultan appears to bo as little as ever inclined to grant reforms. Tho agitation, however, rims not merely at reforms, but at complete autonomy." __________
