THE DREYFUS CASE.
TREACHERY IN FRANCE.
DOCUMENTS DELIVERED TO
FOREIGN POWERS.
DREYFUS NOT CONCERNED. By Telegraph.-Press Association.-Copyright Paris, January 22. In the Chamber of Deputies, M. Delcasse, Minister of Foreign Affairs, denied the existence of a letter relating to the Dreyfus ease, either from or to the Kaiser, forged or unforged.
The Court of Cassation has received information regarding persistent treachery in 1894, whioh, however, does not affect Dreyfus. It is stated that the delivery of documents to foreign Powers will probably necessitate a change in the mobilisation plans.
