PROPOSED INCREASE... TWENTY ADDITIONAL VESSELS, i By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. Washington, August 19.. The American Naval Board of Construction has proposed to build three battleships, three first-class and three second-class, and three unprotected cruisers, all of unusual speed, with great steaming radius/permitting of an uninterrupted run from San Francisco to the furtherest colony. The cost will amount to 56,000,000 dollars. These vessels are in addition to the eight warships now in course of construction.
