COSTS IN THE HOROWHENUA CASE.
[by telegraph.— association,] Wellington, Wednesday. The question of the payment by tho Public Trustee of the costs of Sir Walter Bnller and Major Kemp in the Horowhenua proceedings, was argued in Banco before Mr. Jußtice Denniston this afternoon. Argument had not concluded when the Court rose.
