A DUEL DECLARED OFF.
Fresi AasocUtiOD, -Electric Telenrapli.-Copyriflit London, November 11. A duel which had been arranged between Sir Koberfc Peel and the Duke of Cerella, a Neapolitan noble, has been declared off. Sir Robert Peel apologised, having discovered that he had made ii j mistake in regard to the causes which led to the arrangement of the duel.
