c [by telegraph.— association.] Ciiristchdbch, Monday. The Governor held a levee in the old Provincial Chamber this afternoon, 177 gentlemen being presented. Tho Garrison Band had been ordered to attend, but only four members appeared. To-night His Excellency and Lady Ranfurly are being entertained by the citizens at a conversazione, which is being very largely attended and is a brilliant succoss.
