The seventeenth of Mr. P. R. Dix'g Popular Concerts takes place at the City Hall, on Mpnday night. Amongst the chief Attractions arc the first appearance in Auckland of th* brilliant solo pianiste, Madam* Cadzow, in conjunction with Mr. W. B. Cudzow, who has established himself to firm a favourite in Auckland musical circles, Mrs. Cadzow will give two pianoforte solos, and Mr. Cadzow will line two numbers. By special request the duet " A Che la Morte'' will be rendered by Miss Hargrove and Mr. Cadzow. Mr. Horace Stebbing, a former resident ol Auckland, and. a great favourite, is set down for two songs, and will sing with Mr. Cadzow the popular duet, " The Moon has Raised." Other artists assisting are Messrs. Arcbdale Tayler, Leslie Dix, and Little Bertie Larking. A man named Dailey was arrested late last night by Constable Smith, on a charge of assaulting Abraham Bowden.
