Tho Queen has accepted the dedication of a Latin Tβ Deum composed by Processor C. Villiers, Stanford, for performance at the Leeds festival next year. The Work has already been completed, and no doubt will be the forerunner of numberless psalms and songs in honour of the Record Reign, On ditthit Dr. Hubert Parry is composing a work of similar character for the Three Choirs Festival to be held next September at Worcester. If the doctor should select a psalm, his work' will be eagerly looked for, seeing that one of the most singularly impressive of his'choral works was hie. Dβ Profundis-a work, by the way, which, in very oddly neglected. ■ ••'•;.• ■;
