Prill Ainociation.—Electric Telegraph,—Cnp jriiht, London, April 27. AcoottDiNG to a Blue Book just published, Mr. Chamberlain forwarded several firm despatches to the Transvaal Government in March. The despatches complained that tho Transvaal Executive had concluded three treaties with other nations without the Queen's assent, and that the Act passed for the expulsion of alien immigrants from the Transvaal, and the stringent press laws passed by the Volksraad, were breaches of the Convention. The Transvaal Government did not reply to these despatches.

Capetown, April 27. The debate on the motion brought forward by Mr. P. J. Dutoit, President of the Africander Bund, has conoluded. The motion which affirms the desirability of all parties displaying moderation and mutual toleration, and the faithful observance of treaties, was adopted, with an amendment condemning the intervention ot any foreign power between the Transvaal and Britain. Mr. Cecil Rhodes voted against the motion.
