Brother Baron Was Installed as M. W.G.M. for the second term, and the following appointments were also made:—Deputy U.M.,Rev, VV. Beilley (also 6.9. of Huwke's Bay and Gisborne) j SeniorG.W., Brother Thomas W. Allen; Junior U.W. t Brother W. Gifkins; Grand. Superintendents, Brothers H.J. Williams (Wellington), Hamilton (Christchurch), Bartiett (Auckland), M. K. Bree (Southland), H. L. Michel (Nelson and Weill OdAst). the financial position was shOWn to be eminently satisfactory :- Benevolent fund, £1191; widows and orphans, £382. the installation at G.M. Lodge St. John, in the evening, was largeiy attended, and was followed by a banquet.
