Take Notice that a Citation bearing date the 12th day of March, 1597, baa issued out of the supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington District, under the provisions >,f The Divorce mid Matrimonial Causes Act, 1807, and its amendments, at the installer of Itosa Wilson (otherwise llosa Stewart), of the City of Wellington, citing you to appear within einht d ij'.s after Hi < service thereof, and to answer the Petition tiled by the said Rosa Wilson (otherwise Rosa Stewart) in the said Court, praying for a dc-reo of nullity of your marriage, wherein she alleges you have been guilty of Bigamy, the allegations of the said Petition being as follow:That some years prior to the 17th (lay of July, 1895. you in New South Wales entered into a contract of marriage with one Helena Agnes Murphy. That on the said 17ih day of July, 1895, you in the said City of Wellington, entered into a contract of marriage with the said Petitioner. That six weeks after the said 17th day of July, 1895, you deserted the said Petitioner. That on the said 17th day of July, 1895, the said Helena Agnes Murphy was alive, ami your marriage with her was then and it still is snb-isting.
