INTERCOLONIAL ROWING.

Fran Association.—Electric Telegraph.-Copyright. Melbourne, April 24. Recently the New South Wales Rowing Association wrote to the Victorian Rowing Association, stating that unless the latter complied with the amateur definition adopted by the Sydney Conference last year, the New South Wales crew would not compete at the forthcoming intercolonial eightoared contest.
