The funeral of Mr. McDonald, who committed suicide at Waimauku while in a state of temporary insanity, took place here on April 13. A number of his late mates, friends, and relations followed his remains to the grave. Mr. 1). A. Wright read the Church of England burial service in a most impressive manner. Great sympathy is felt for the widow and her five little children, aged from six and a-half yean down to three monthi.-[Heleotville Correspondent.]
