Two prisoners have been brought tip from Whartgarei, David Altort Crotty, committed for triai for theft, and David Mollis, sentenced by the Wbahgafei behrih to one mortth's imprisonment for attempted theft from a till, The Thames Naval Artillery Band gave An open-air concert in Pollen-Streot on Saturday evening, and during its progress A collection was taken up in aid of the Hawke's Bay Relief Fund, the total amount realised being £4 Is 3d. •3T Go to-night to the Opera House, and see the comedietta, " Off to Waitekanri."
