Sydney, April 24. The A.J.C. concluded their Autumn Meeting at Randwick to-day. The weather was most Unpromising early in the day, but cleared at hoou, and was glorious ill the afternoon; There was a good attendance. The Auckland - owned colt Sabretache finished first for the Rous Handicap, after a hard battle with the favourite Fueile, but pas disqualified for crossiug. He palpably interfered with Fucile, , Newhaven won the A.J.C. Plate. The limit time of that race was extended to six minutes owing to the rough state of the course, but being exceeded the club benefits by half the money. The Wanganlti horse Booties, owned by Mr. E. ShOve, won the Steeplechase from end to end, and was followed home by Tay. forth and Ulysses, who, like the winner, were also bred in New Zealand.
