Of the 22 sections" remaining 12 are of 75 aores, and the homestead is still on liandi the Bskbank Estate* seven miles from St, Andrew's railway station; was offered At mlctioli here to-day for the Assets Itealisatidn Board. 11l all there wflte 4811 acres, divided into 21 farms. There was a lafge And representative attendance at the auction, hiit the Bale Was rather poor, only four lots being disposed of, Lob 1, 258 acres, £5 2- fid, Hendry ; lot 16, 202 acres, £6 ss, J. Smith; lot 17, 107 acres, £5 15s, A. Copeland; lot 19, 181 acres, £0 14s 6d, J. Hampton. Three other lots were taken up after the sale. Some of the bids were Within 24 fid of the reserve, and from the many inquiries Wade' the lots no doubt #111 all Sell.
