Wellington, Thursday. At a meeting of the Grand Lodge of Good Templars today the grand secretary's report was read, It showed there are 126 lodges in Now Zealand, with u membership of 4217 member*. Sinoe the previous session of tlie Grand Lodge 49 members have died. There are now six district lodges in existence. A motion to remove the Grand Lodge office from Dunedin to Wellington was lost by 67 ta 19. The election of officers created considerable interest. Brother Taylor (Thames) was re-olecto;! Grand Chief without opposition. Six sisters and two brothers wore nominated for the office of Grand Vice Templar. After three ballots Sister Gunnel (Duoedtn) was elected to the position, securing 41 votes to Sister Cameron's 39. Fire brothers and one sister were nominated for the office of Grand Counsellor, and after three ballots had beep taken Brother Walter (Greymouth) won, obtaining 40 votes to 39 votes for Sister Cameron, For the Grand Superintendent of Juvenile Templars, three aisters and one brother were nominated. After soveral ballots Sister Cameron (Dunedin) won by a eubstantial majority over Sister Duncan (Nelson) and Brother Tine,
