THE BEHRING SEA FISHERIES.
Pros Association.—Klwtrio Tel wapli.-Copjrith V Washington, April 14. Mb. Foster, one of the American members of the Behring Sea Commission, states that in endeavouring to re-open the fisheries question, President McKinley has no intention to evade the award of the international arbitrators who met at Paris in 1893. The award of that Commission generally favoured Britain.
