RABBIT EXTERMINATION.
EXPERIMENTS WITH CHICKEN CHOLERA. [by TKLEGRAPU.-PKESS association,] Dunkdin, Thursday. In* reply to a communication by Mr, A. C. Begg pointing oat the success which has apparently attended the introduction of chicken cholera for rabbit destruction in Queensland, Mr. Ritchie, Secretary for Agriculture, writes that Mr. Gilruth, gave the matter his attention when in Paris and Queensland, and is busy cultivating a supply of microbes. Mr. Brydono has given permission to try the experiment on the Clyde vale station, and bo hopes to make a start in a week or two.
