The Government have cabled over securing the space available at the Brisbane Exhibition for a New Zetland Court of 8000 square feet. A proportion of this is for individual exhibitors, and the, balance for a Government exhibit. The weight-lifting contest between J, W. Sutherland (the New Zealand middle-weight champion) and W. J. Blair, for the middleweight championship of Mew Zealand, took place in the Town Hall, Karangahake, ou March 20eh, and molted ia a win for Blair.
