In the House of Uomnionaj Mr. Hanbury, Financial secretary to the Treasury, replying to a question asked by Mr. Heaton, declined to fecur the expense of obviating the quarantining of colonists by mail steamers at Brindisi and Marseilles, by reason of embarking passengers from Bombay at Aden.
