OBJECTIONS TO VALUATIONS FOR RATING PURPOSES. Mr. H. W. Brabant, 8.M., held a sitting of the City Assessment Court yesterday at the Magistrates' Court. Mr. P. A. Philips (Town Clerk) and Mr. W.
