fBV TELEGRAPH.— PRKBS ASSOCIATION.] Donedin, Tuesday. In the affidavit of the official liquidators of the Ward Association, supporting an application for power to make a call, is sot forth a schedule showing the total claims against the Association and the assets to meet these as follows:—Claims allowed, £32,069 6s 7d : estimated expenso of liquidation, £2500 ; claime not yet adjudicated upon, £62,461 15s 4d. The assets are: Cash in bank, £24,746 8s 6d; value of stock and plant, estimated to realise £1900; book debts, estimated to yield £'20,000; bank balance trust account, £4987 3s 5d ; ditto special account, £3599 16s 2d; estimated value of call (£4 per share), £8450; total, £63,683 8s Id. There are 733 persons nettled as conbributoriee for 15,233 shares.
