Press AasociaUon.—Electric Telegraph.-Copjrrigt* London, April 9. The firm of D. and W. Murray, the well-known London merchants, hai been converted into a company -with a capital of half a million. The partners act as directors of the new company. A meeting of the British Australasian Trust Company declared a dividend ol fifteen pence, and added £600 to the reserve. Mr. Justice Williams made an order sanctioning a reduction to £180,000 of the capital of Robert Campbell and Sons, wool merchants, New Broadstreet.
