At the District Court, this evening, after a hearing of eight days, the jury gave a throe-fourths verdict for the defendant in tile case of Blake v. D. McCarthy, Claim £500, for alleged negligence in attendance on his wife, who died last December.
Wellington, Friday. At a sitting of the Divorce Court today, decrees nisi were granted in the cases of Bremer v. Bremer (wife's petition), and L. Boon v. Boon and Hodge (husband's petition). Costa £25 were allowed in each Instance,
