THE COLONIAL BANK.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— rRKS3 ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Friday. Tiik judge declined Batger's application to determine his agreement with the liquidators of the Colonial Bank. In dismissing the summons the Judge said he did not think there was any jurisdiction to deal with tho rights of the parties under the agreement on summons. What the summons in ofFeot asked tor was that tho agreement might be rescinded. In tho absence of statutory power to release the contract in a summary way by summons in Chambers, no such jurisdiction could beaseumed. Here there was no express statutory jurisdiction.
