At the Onehniißa Police Court yesterday, before Messrs. U. A. Sutherland and G. J. Jackson, J.P.'s, three boye named Embry Sine Williams, Bernard Olson, and William Lloyd, aged 12, 13, and 14 yean respectively, were charged with removing aome coping stone* from and maliciously damaging a new atone wall now being. erected at the Anglican cemetery in Cburch-street. Williams and Olson pleaded guilty and Lloyd not guilty. Evidence was given by Mr. Albert Blake, who estimated the damage aS 10s, and by Comtable Fry.
