Thornes to-day promises to be largely attended owing to the special. opportunity to acquire valuable properties. . The Cleveland estate of Mr. E. Withy, at Remuera; the Rev. D. W. Runciman's, family, estate, at Tamaki; a villa reudgnce> n Sentinel Road, Potuonby; and a farm of 107 acres' at Henderson, are to bo offered, as Well as other properties, as advertised ia this issue. - . - i
