Press Associatlon.-B'ectric Telegrapu.-Copjrrlnhi. London, April 6. In the House of Commons to-day Sir John Gorst introduced a Bill providing for the yearly distribution of £110,800 amongst necessitous Board Schools. In the House of Lords the Education Bill has passed its final stages.
