[it TELEGRAPH, ASSOCIATION.] Wanqandi, Wednesday. At the meeting of the Hospital Board to-day, the Chairman, Mr. A. J. Parsons urged the adoption of the eight hours system for the nursing staff. The proposal, after some consideration, was unanimously adopted. ■' ■
