John Anderson, of Eltham, owner of the trotting* horse Thunderbolt, whioh ran second in the Waihi Harness Handicap in the recent meeting, was disqualified for 12 months, for omission in the entry. According to the evidence, Thunderbolt is identical with Sohoolboy, which won at the Greymoutb Trotting Club meeting on March 19.

A Paeroa telegram atatea that Mr. N. Dickey's horse Sterling while being schooled orer hurdles, fell and broke his neck. A Sydney cablegram of yesterday's date states that Eiridaforde has been scratched tor all engagements at the A.J.C. Meeting.
