Messrs. Samuel Vaile and Sons will offer by public auction to-day the well-known " Rocklaiuls" property at Epsom. This is one of Auckland's hestsuburban homes,and neither the late Mr. Justice Gillies, whose residence it was, nor Mr. Thomson, formerly of Kawau, spared money in improving the property.
