The Chamber of Deputies has authorised the prosecution of three members of the Chamber implicated by the confession of Arton in the Panama Canal frauds. Bayer, a member of the Chamber of Deputies, implicated by Arton's confession, has been arrested. Many documents were found in his possession. Paris, March 31. The Senate has authorised the prosecution of Levrey.
