TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— is her proper title. To have reigned 60 years and to have made so few mistakes that no one knows what they hare been, and all agree in declaring that she has made none. Wherever was a better reason for so noble a title? "Good" and "Great," why, God bless her, she is both! History contains the names of many "Great" who were not good, and of many "Good' 1 who were not great. But of how few can it be truly said that they were wise ? What is wisdom ? " Length of days is in her right hand, and in her left riches and honour." So pre-emi-nently is our beloved Queen distinguished among the kings of the earth.— am, etc., J. H. {jPTOtf,
