THE TAKAPUNA INQUIRY.
[by telegraph.—press association.] Wellington, Saturday. The Court which conducted the inqniry into the alleged touching of a reef by the Takapuna, held that there was nothing in the evidence to give jurisdiction nndef the Act, and consequently the Court had no authority.
