It Is reported that a great many water taps are left open all night, some through carelessness, and others for the.purpose of flushing drains. The ordinary uso of water for domestic purposes Is sufficient to properly flush all drains. It should be seen that Taps are properly shut off after use. All leaky taps . should at once be reported at the Waterworks Shops, Market Square. All waste of water Is Strictly Prohibited,,on pain of prosecution and having the water cut off.
