In' tho Supreme Court in Chambers, iii re the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, a summons was granted for liberty tq compromise with debtors to the said bank. No names were mentioned. In the matter of the Colonial Bank and the claim ol John uonnell, a summons for leave to commence 311 action was granted, on the seouuty of £250 . being given, and in the natter of Brooks and Others v. the Colonial Bank, a summons was granted for the discovery of documents. • " ' - * —
