THE ENGLISH DERBY. Lohdok, May 13. Mr. L. de Rothsohild'a colt St. Fruftuln (winner of the . Two Thousand Guineas), is favour! for the Derby at 5, to 4. H.R. H. the Prince of Wales's colt Persimmon is next in favour, at 9 to 2, the Duke of West' minster's colt Regret following at 6 to 1; and of the others, Mr. L. Brasaeys Teufei is most fancied at 9to 1. The race is to be run on the 4th of June.

TAKAPUNA WINTER MEETING.
