' '* • COMSTOCK GOLD MINING COMPANY (LIMITED). . v Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the abovenamed Company, will oe held at the Company's OUice, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Auckland, 1 on FRIDAY, the 22nd day ot May, 1800, at the hour of two o'clock p.m., to consider, and, if approved, to pass in their present er amended form, as the Company shall then see fit, the Resolutions set out below, whioh will then be submitted to the Company }- Hesolutions : 1.
