Probably something may yet bo done in the way of improving tile odour of the chrysanthemum, Already many are nicely perfumed, resembling the violet, musk, or rose. As a rule, the single whites are scented. Many persons are fond of the healthful, herby, camomile-like smoll of this plant, preferring ib to the luscious and sweet) perfume of flowers like the gardenia or tuberose. ,
