GOLDEN FLEECE G.M. CO. A meeting; of shareholders in the Golden Fleece Gold Mining Company, was held yesterday in Mr. W. Clarke's office, Insurance Buildings, to consider a proposition te increase the capital ot. the Company to £15,000 by the creation of 30,000 shares of 3s each. ' There was a large attendance. The Chairman, Mr. W. R. Bloomfield, explained that it was proposed to give 25,000 shares for the purchase of the Talisman Mo. 2, The terms and conditions of the transaction were explained by Mr. William , Adams and Mr. Ralph, one of the directors, who considered the purchase of- the Talisman No, 2-a great acquisition.
