FATAL ACCIDENT IN A CIRCUS PEART KILLED. Press Association.- Electric Telegraph.— Sydney, May 8. During the opening performance (if Fits* gerald Bros.' Circus last night, Peart, while attempting to dive from the dome into a small tank of water, struck the edge ot the tank with his chest, and lied later In the evening. The impact Was so great that, according to medical evidence, anyone with less vitality and energy would have been killed instantly. Peart wai able with | assistance to leave the tank.
