[BT TSLECiriAPrt.-VItESS ASSOCIATION.] Mastkkton, Friday, Mr. Hotchinsok, S.M., gave judgment for plaintiff to-day in the cose in which C, Payne sough to recover £39, nick pay alleged to be due froth the Masberton Foresters Lodge, the dofence was that plaintiff was unnnancial. An appeal is likely to be made.
