Notice Is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company will he held at the Office of the Company, 28, Shorthnd-a'treet, on MONDAY, tho Ist clay of June, IS9A, at 2.30 p.m., to consider and, if approved, pass in their present or varied form as such meeting shall think fit, the following resolutions, which will be submitted to the meeting :— 1.
