BANKRUPTCY.
Alfred William Mos blkn, storekeeper, of Onehunga, filed a declaration of insolvency, yesterday, and in a sworn statement, made before Mr. John L*wson, the Official Assignee, states that he had beeu in business, at Onehunga. for the last ten years. Three years ago, he willed his creditors together, and arranged to pay 7s 6d in the £, payable in three, six, or niue months, his debts amount' ing to over £600. Under that arrangement, all but two creditors were satisfied, the amount owing to them being £340. During the last three years, lie struggled on to meet these old liabilities, but being sued for a debt of £34 13s, he called his creditors together, and was requested to. file. His liabilities amount to £457 9s, all unseoured. The assets amount to £118 7s 3d.
