Judgment would therefore be t»iven against Crosbie —£63, and against Rosa for £1612? f costs, £6125, to be borne equally by defendants. In the case of J. McAndrew v. Cassrells and Bennett and A. R. Moss, judgment was entered up for plaintiff with costs, £2 16s.
