Ellington, Friday. The charge against Ellison, a solicitor, of being concerned in an illegal operation, was resumed to-day. At the conolusion of the evidence, Mr. Gray, who appeared for the Crown, applied for a remand until the application by Grown, sentenced at the late fittings of the Supreme Court, for a new trial was decided.
