Entrance fee live per cent, on first orize. Scows must start from their moorings, and will be allowed to carry unlimited canvas. Trading vessels will be allowed false keels, but must carry ordinary working canvas only—viz., mainsail, staysail, jib, jib topsail, and topsail. All other sailing races will bo conducted on the principle of a flying start. No fin keels allowed. All races will be subject to the rules of the Auckland Yacht Club and New Zealand Rowing Association respectively, governed by the Regatta Rules. Five boats must start in each race to ensure a second prize, and eight for a third prize.
